Mojavewifi Terms of Service has changed its prices for current customers for the following services:

  • “Basic” service – $29.95/month
  • “Premium” service – $49.95/month
  • “Premium Plus” service – $69.95/month
  • “Professional” service – $89.95/month
  • “The Extreme” service – $129.95/month

Effective January 1 , 2015 customers will see the changes on their invoice provided at the beginning of
that month.

We would like to say “Thank You” for your loyalty and support. Your business is greatly appreciated by all of us here at It’s been our goal to provide the community with a great service at a great price. Our costs have been increasing across the board, and we have done our best to bear the load without having to pass the costs on to our customers. However, after five years, we have now had to raise our prices. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and know that even with these small changes you will still continue to see the outstanding value of our services. This letter is to inform you of upcoming changes to our policies and prices. If any of these changes or policies are unclear, please email or call our office for clarification. has changed its prices for customers who have had service prior to May 1, 2014. Customers who have joined us after May 1, 2014 are already experiencing the prices as listed in this announcement.

Effective January 1st, 2015 monthly service pricing for all current customers will be as follows:

  • “Basic” service – $29.95/month
  • “Premium” service – $49.95/month
  • “Premium Plus” service – $69.95/month
  • “Professional” service – $89.95/month
  • “The Extreme” service – $129.95/month

A monthly service invoice goes out to all customers on email and mail billing a few days before the 1st of each month. The payment is due on or before the 10th of that month. After the 10th, a $5 Late Fee will be added to your invoice.

The new Suspension Policy states that if an invoice is not paid by the 24th of the month, service will be suspended and a $20 Reactivation Fee will be added, unless prior arrangements have been made. If service has been shut off for non-payment, it will only be reactivated after the outstanding balance is paid in full, including the $20 Reactivation Fee. The monthly service charge will go to the new rate after the account is reinstated and you may be required to set up auto pay or a bank check. Customers who allow their service to remain suspended up to the 10th of the following month may be required to pay new installation fees to reinstate their services, as a home visit may be required.

Lastly, we will begin charging $3 to take payments over the phone. We are a small office, so in order to keep our costs down and reduce the amount of time taking payments over the phone, we ask that you consider alternate payment methods such as: online payments through our secure click & pay site, set up automatic payments through us or through your bank, or mail in a personal check or money order. Please note that we are unable to accept pre-paid credit cards. As a friendly reminder, we cannot accept payments at our non-public office.

The cost of install is now $149.00 for all installation types. If you are uninstalled for any reason, you will be installed at the new rate. The new installation rate includes a free router hook up by unboxing a preconfigured router and hooking up one wired and one wireless device, such as a phone, PC and a laptop. If you would like to have more than 2 devices connected by the technician at the time of installation, a Professional Router and Home Network setup will be required at the rate of $120 per hour.

To customers who signed up before March 2013

Anyone who has NOT purchased their radio will have the option to lease a new upgraded radio, or have their deposit applied to the lease of a new radio, where applicable.

To customers who signed up after March 2013

All leased radios come with a free 6-month warranty as long as the radio was protected by a surge protector of 2000 joules or higher. The radio must be uninstalled and picked up by appointment by a technician, and verified to be in good working condition. However, please note that when service is cancelled, we do offer free equipment removal or our leased equipment with no uninstallation charge.
